How to fix an HH thermocouple (temperature error code) for a Vengeance PID Controller

Description

Below is the manual for the MC-101 PID, video on how to fix the problem as well as a link to purchase a replacement thermocouple if it is found to be faulty. 
 
We auto tune it and select all the proper settings before we ship our controllers out.  It’s highly recommended that you DO NOT enter the settings menu because more often than not customers accidentally change settings that cause the controllers to malfunction. “Not saying this is what has happened, just letting you know we set everything up before shipping”.
 
Having said that, the HH code is a thermocouple malfunction.  This can be as simply as a wire not making correct contact where it’s hooked into 1 of the 3 slots on the back of the PID.  I can count on 1 hand how many thermocouple failures have occurred since we’ve started implementing them in our controllers back in 2017.
