For use with Stills 40-80 gallons

Our Controller allows user to adjust the incoming voltage to throttle power. This controller does not incorporate a PID,  therefore the temperature readings are taken from the thermometer on the Pot itself. Adjust the current using the LED Display from 0-100 (% of total power) all the way up to bring the pot to temp, then back the current back down until the desired distillation flow is achieved; once your desired flow rate is achieved, take note of the displays reading and this will be your future settings for each distillation unless you change geographic locations.
