EZ Clamp “NO PASTE” Cap Locking System

Eliminates the need for a flour / water paste to seal the cap to the pot

Choose your piping size

Piping size is the final reducing size coming off the cap that runs through the thumper and worm. Larger piping offers a faster run and more surface area to pull sulfur out of the product.

1/2″ line throughout is standard

3/4″ nozzle to thumper, 1/2″ out of worm

1″ nozzle to thumper, 1/2″ out of worm

2″ out of nozzle into a 2″ 90 degree elbow diving into 2″ EZ Clamp Quick Disconnect then into thumper inlet. 1/2″ throughout condenser worm

Temperature Monitoring Options

A couple of ways we can do this to stay within your budget. The least expensive option is we solder in a 1/2″ copper bung wherever you want temp readings and a 3″ dial face thermometer screws in. The more elaborate way is for us to tig weld in a thermowell that has a tri clamp connection whereby the Thermometer slides into the thermowell and connects to the tig welded ferrule on the pot with a clamp and gasket. This allows to more easily remove the thermometer for cleaning and inspection.

Clean-In-Place System for automated cleaning of still.

Rotating Spray Ball installed on vapor cone in either a 1.5″ or 2″ ferrule tig welded on. Customer chooses which type of tri -clamp adapter for supplying cleaning solution.

Vapor Cone Cleanout / Access Port

Access port for cleaning and charging still especially when a column is attached.

Conical Bottom for placing on a stand or adding legs

Note. Conical bottoms requires selecting at minimum the 32 oz copper upgrade for the necessary tig welding involved. Conical bottom reduces to 2″ sanitary triclamp fitting to accept sanitary drain valve and additional piping to discard spent distillate.

Conical Bottom welded to bottom of still

Add 2″ sanitary tri clamp butterfly drain valve with stainless steel tubing extension. Attaches with our 2″ EZ Clamp Quick Disconnect

Custom Legs with adjustable feet welded on to Pot

2″ copper pipe welded and braced to elevate still. Legs braced and equipped with adjustable feet to level still on any surface. Legs capped on top for aesthetics.

Tig Welded Custom legs braced for support with adjustable feet to ensure levelness.

Heat Still with custom steam jackets to save on electricity cost

Save on electricity cost by adding steam jackets to the still. Complete with steam inlet / outlets. Steam jackets surround the bottom of the pot for maximum efficiency, tig welded to ensure durability and pop off and relief valves installed to ensure safety. Requires a steam generator / boiler sold separately.

Heat Still with our electric Upgrade including a 22KW 220 Volt Variable PID Power Controller

V22 Controller with (4) 5500 watt elements (approx. 8ft of wire for each) and (4) copper bungs that are soldered on the still. Wiring where element attaches to wire is epoxied and wrapped to shield connection. (Economical Version)

V23 Controller. Same as V22 except the copper bungs are replaced by 3″ Stainless Steel Element Housings tig welded to the body. They include a 3″ end cap with clamp and gasket to conceal wiring connections. Local Code may require this for Distilleries.

It is finally here folks. Hard work, determination and a lot of testing have finally yielding the Micro Distillery that we can put our name on. Here are just a few highlights:

The Vengeance 120 Gallon Micro Distillery

1) Made with 20 ounce copper standard but can be built in heavier 32 ounce 19 gauge, 48 ounce 16 gauge or thicker gauge in Stainless steel for the body and bottom leaving a copper cone.

2) Seems riveted and soldered for durability OR choose our all tig welded upgrade.

3) Silver Solder used when applicable.

4) Can be upgraded to our 8″, 12″ or even 20″ EZ Clamp Cap Locking System, no messy flour water paste to seal the cap to the pot

5) Can be converted to electric to save $$ over using propane or steam jacketed to save money on electric.

6) Heavy Duty 2″ drain valve included

7) Custom engraving option allows us to issue you a serial number and engrave it on the still. Also your Company Name or Logo can be engraved as well.

8) Produce over 30 gallons in a single run!!
