Due to raw material market volatility, prices will be finalized upon FINAL APPROVAL OF THE DESIGN OF THE EQUIPMENT and not when the order is placed.

This quote does not include field assembly & installation, cold/hot water piping, start-up, or electrical work of any kind unless
otherwise noted. Partial prefabricated water piping and electrical lines/connections can be performed for an additional cost.

Payment Terms: 70% down payment due at time of order; balance invoiced and due upon completion with a 14-day grace period to inspect, pick up, and/or ship using 3PL Services (of which we can assist). If goods are not picked up or shipped by the 14th day, Vengeance Stills reserves the right to
charge a $50 storage fee per day or $750 per month until goods have been picked up.

Delivery: The best estimate of completion would be during the 1st week of February, 2027, provided the down payment is
made by October 1st, 2026.

Shipping Instructions: Price is quoted F.O.B. Vengeance Stills, Cumming, GA.

Both parties agree to the design contained in the attached PDF. Change orders would add additional fees, if
approved, at an hourly rate of $125/hr, not to exceed $185/hr, based on the skill sets required for said work.
Vengeance will provide pictures and video upon request for verification upon completion; customer visits are welcome during
the build and are encouraged to pick up at completion.

Buyer acknowledges that it will have the opportunity to inspect and/or investigate the equipment before accepting it at delivery
or pick up, and during such period, observe the physical characteristics and existing condition of the equipment. Additionally, the
buyer hereby acknowledges that by accepting delivery of this equipment, they and their parent company or representatives
hereby forever release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller, any of its employees, agents, or any
related third-party consultants from any liability in connection with the use or possession of the equipment. This release is for any and all liability and personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with, the possession or use of this equipment, either legally permitted or otherwise.
